but what will head transplants do for all the people with excessively male or female facial features??? think of all the poor transwomen with broad jawlines and the poor transmen who can’t grow full beards!!!

we need to be researching brain transplants so that we can help cure all the trans people whose heads are not passable as the opposite gender! it’s not that hard, just get the brain out of the skull (v carefully) and transplant it into another skull which might be a different size (we can knock out some non-essential bones in the donor skull to make it fit). after all, it’s the BRAIN SEX that’s the important part!

Yeah, “it’s not that hard.” Especially after those non-essential bones are thrown in the trash! What, are we going to have galleries of heads and bodies to choose from? Catalogs? eBay? All kidding aside this is a SERIOUS article and they’re saying the first head transplant may happen in 2 years! Makes cloning look ethically quaint.
