My children wouldn’t feel the need to “identify” as anything other than themselves because they understand that how they look and what they wear doesn’t change anything. They are smart enough to know that sex can’t be changed and that nothing is “feminine” or “masculine”.

Did you know that my conservative christian father said exactly the same shit, putting Identify in quotation marks, coming up with bullshit theories as to why I’m trans and when that didn’t stop me, when all his theorizing didn’t change what I needed and I got pretty close to killing myself, he disowned me?
