have you seen the blog neutrois (aka neutrois nonsense)? it's run by a non-binary person who talks about, among other things, low-impact transition (especially low-dose testosterone), and how it's okay to quit hrt before permanent/pronounced changes can set in if that is what a person wants. just thought u might be interested to find that the bubble that u have constructed for yrself, in which trans people try to "convert" as many gender-questioning ppl as they possibly can, is not the world

I haven’t seen that blog but will take a look. And just so you know, I’m sure there are many people who ID as trans who are minding their own business and who aren’t doing the kind of indoctrination of confused kids that transgenderreality.com talks about. But as a parent, the fact that that is going on to the extent that it is is pretty alarming.

Postscript: I took a quick look at that neutrois blog and yeah, it’s not pushing transition on everyone, though I would say it’s pretty transition-positive. But there is such an emphasis on figuring out what gender you are and then deciding what to do or not do with your body based on that. Endless angst from teens about figuring out what identity box they have a right to claim…

I just think reality is a lot simpler than that. I’m a woman and I get to act, dress, feel, think, work, play, decorate myself, and so on and on in whatever way I choose. None of that changes the objective reality that I’m anything other than a woman. The gender identity stuff is really a big head trip from where I stand, and it makes the lives of teens, in particular, just that much more confusing.
