If there is an adult supporting themselves with their own money, how would you feel if they transitioned? If they've constantly felt trapped in the wrong body and they'll be happy being themselves in a new body. Would that be okay in your opinion?
As adults, they have the right to do so. I am critical of the political and cultural forces that would make someone feel they need to pursue what I perceive as extreme medical measures, but it’s their decision. It’s perfectly legal. Just like other forms of body modification.
