Unfortunately it is true. Anyone who doesn’t comply with the gender ideal is being classified as trans now. Tomboys and boys who don’t act like manly men are now considered trans and given drugs and gender reassignment surgery before they even reach adulthood and give their consent for the surgery. It’s the latest thing in designer children.
It’s not quite as bad as in Iran where all gays and lesbians are forced into gender reassignment, but it’s getting there.
Note: I don’t have an issue with adults choosing to change their appearance by whatever means they deem necessary, but these are children. They can’t give consent for this.

I could go on, but I’m sure you can use google as well as me. There is an epidemic going on out there.
Good compendium of news stories about the raging trend to ID prepubescent kids as “transgender” and put them on the road to puberty blockers+hormones=lifelong sterility. There is no doubt that some of these people will be part of class action suits in a decade or two. It’s unfortunate if we have to wait that long, but maybe enough people fighting back will have some effect. A good place to start scrutinizing is TransActive in Portland, OR.
