How long before WPATH will issue guidelines that every “nonbinary” or “gender fluid” 13-year-old who wants it can get a hysterectomy?

That’s where this is all heading. Dr. Karasic, who is a prominent figure in WPATH, thinks the current WPATH standards (which support “top surgery” for under-18s) is too “limited.” And he stated in an earlier WPATH Facebook thread that nonbinary, gender fluid adults should get surgery on demand. They do in San Francisco, in some cases at taxpayer expense.
