Porn bloggers have too much time on their hands
Rhetorical question: What is it with porn blogs following people like me? Especially 30 seconds after I post a piece with tags like “gender nonconforming kids" and “trans kids."

You all know my blog is “purpose-built” for a particular topic (so I reblog sparingly), but I just want to appreciate in particular those of you who have taken on the ugly task of blogging about pornography and what it is doing to everyone (women/children in porn, and society in general). It upsets me to read how many (seems like all??) young straight and bisexual women are pressured to do “porn sex” with their boyfriends–anal, degrading things like having their faces ejaculated on, and I don’t need to go on. Things have changed so much for the worse since I was young, and since porn has infested the Internet. I am so sorry. You guys are getting so much hate online for pushing back against porn culture. And you are giving courage to the scared girls who are afraid to say no to their male partners. You are making a huge difference.
redressalert said: Actually it might be fairly relevant to your blog purpose. The kind of binary gender shit girls deal with now is predicated on porn culture to a large extent.
Redress, yes, absolutely it is relevant. Looking and acting like a porn star seems to define “girl” or “woman” in youth culture nowadays and it’s absolutely sickening and mind-blowing.

I am so sick of people trying to compare other capitalist occupations to porn and prostitution. None of them have made an accurate comparison yet. I’ll take an actual, honest whack at it… Could you imagine if video footage of child labor in textile factories or of poverty stricken coffee growers WAS the product instead of coffee or clothes? Like the exploited workers weren’t even really sewing things for people to wear or picking crops for people to eat, they just did it to show the camera. And why were they suffering on film? Just because people just liked to watch???? That’s the equivalent of porn. The suffering is being filmed and sold for someone else to enjoy, there is no tangible product outside of that footage. Let that roll around in your skull for awhile anon.
